Job summary

APPLUS SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced NDE Coordinator to plan and execute non-destructive examination activities on oil & gas, marine, and offshore projects in Singapore.

You will collaborate with clients, inspectors, subcontractors, and project teams to align inspection schedules with project timelines and client requirements. You will review NDE procedures and ITPs, maintain meticulous documentation, and compile daily to monthly reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in NDE coordination, quality control, or inspection.
• Experience coordinating multiple NDE methods and inspection teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule NDE activities according to project timelines.
• Review, verify, and compile NDE reports and inspection records.
• Maintain document control for all NDE-related records.
• Ensure inspections comply with codes, standards and client specs (ASME, API, ISO, AWS).
• Liaise with clients, inspectors, subcontractors and project teams on schedules.
• Review NDE procedures, ITPs, and method statements.
• Monitor progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate repair inspections and re-inspections when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection status reports.

• Expedite, Review, verify, and compile NDE reports and inspection records.
• Maintain document control for all NDE-related records.
• Ensure NDE inspections comply with applicable codes, standards, and client specifications (e.g., ASME, API, ISO, AWS).
• Liaise with clients, third-party inspectors, subcontractors, and project teams regarding inspection schedules.
• Review and verify NDE procedures, Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and method statements.
• Monitor progress of inspection activities and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Coordinate repair inspections and re-inspections for NDE when required.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection status reports.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of experience in NDE coordination, quality control, or inspection within the oil & gas, marine, offshore, construction, petrochemical, or manufacturing industries.
• Experience coordinating multiple NDE methods and inspection teams.
