Job summary

ACP Metal Finishing Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated entry-level NDT administration assistant in Singapore. You will verify PCC information for NDT work, liaise with NDT inspectors for necessary documents, and assist in preparing NDT reports and certifications before release.

You will coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to meet turnaround times, schedule calibration of NDT equipment, and help with costing and loading for sales. Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• No experience required. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Training will be provided.

• Assist in maintaining NDT records, databases, and filing systems. Ensure all NDT documents are on file.
