Job summary

ST Engineering is seeking an Assistant Engineer for Naval Services at Changi, Singapore, to assist in executing naval vessel maintenance projects, monitor schedules, and ensure compliance with technical specifications.

You will support senior engineers, review drawings and documentation, and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely materials and smooth project delivery, with emphasis on safety and continuous learning in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Naval Architecture, Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in execution and monitoring of naval vessel maintenance projects.
• Support in preparation and review of engineering plans, drawings, documentation.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues during maintenance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and clients for timely materials.
• Contribute to safety audits and ensure OH&S compliance.
• Maintain project records and progress reports.
