Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Mechanical/Naval engineer to support ship maintenance planning and repair activities at Changi.

You will assist with manpower, equipment and material planning for production works, and help coordinate scaffolding, cleaning and painting tasks. You will monitor progress, assist with reporting and documentation, and ensure compliance with safety and shipyard requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering or related discipline.
• Entry level welcome; training will be provided.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and coordination of ship maintenance and repair activities.
• Assist with manpower, equipment and material planning for production works.
• Support scaffolding, cleaning and painting activities.
• Coordinate with production teams, subcontractors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor work progress and assist with reporting and documentation.
• Ensure work activities comply with safety, security and shipyard requirements.
• Assist with resource planning and operational coordination.
