Job summary

PERSOL Outsourcing Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a Store/Warehouse Associate for a 6-month contract at Tuas Naval Base. You will perform receiving, verification, put-away, picking, packing, and assist with disposal notifications and daily fuel tank sounding to support ship operations.

Requirements include at least 1 year in warehousing, O Level, SAP/Warehouse knowledge is a plus, forklift license is advantageous, and willingness to OT. Mon–Fri 8am–5:45pm with shift needs for urgent requests.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level.
• At least 1 year experience in Store/Warehouse.
• SAP & Warehouse knowledge is an added advantage.
• Possesses a valid forklift license is an added advantage.
• Willing to do OT if required.

Responsibilities

• Perform escorting of Suppliers and Contractors.
• Perform receiving of newly purchased and returned stores.
• Perform verification, sorting and put-away of stores.
• Perform picking and packing of customer indented items.
• Perform Disposal notification processing and monitoring till physically disposed.
• Perform daily fuel tanks sounding and accounting.
• Perform refuelling of MGO(Marine Gas Oil) to Ships.
• Perform re-warehousing and housekeeping of work area.
• Perform rotating shift duties, including weekends & PH to support ship user urgent indent and fuel requests.
