Warehouse Specialist (6-Month Contract) – Tuas

Job summary

PERSOL requires a store/warehouse operatives to join on a 6 months contract at Tuas Naval Base in Singapore. Salary ranges SGD 2,500–2,600 with Mon–Fri 8am–5:45pm, plus rotation into weekends and public holidays as needed. Candidates should have at least 1 year in stores, SAP knowledge is a plus, and a forklift licence is advantageous.

Role involves receiving, put-away, picking, packing, disposal monitoring and fuel management for ships. OT may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum O Level requirement.
• At least 1 year of store/warehouse experience.
• Forklift license is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Escort Suppliers and Contractors.
• Receive newly purchased and returned stores.
• Verify, sort and put-away stores.
• Pick and pack customer indented items.
• Process disposal notifications and monitor until disposal.
• Daily fuel tanks sounding and accounting.
• Refuel MGO to ships.
• Re-warehousing and housekeeping of work area.
• Rotate shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
