Job summary

Cyber Security Agency of Singapore (CSA) is seeking a strategic leader to drive the National Capability Masterplan for cybersecurity for the whole of Government. You will collaborate with government agencies and strategic partners to shape capability development to meet government needs.

The role focuses on developing roadmaps, conducting gap analyses, and guiding the delivery of capabilities across agencies and industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• 6+ years of work experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity domain beneficial (Offsec/CISSP/SANS preferred).

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive national cyber capability development roadmaps
• Develop and perform national cybersecurity gap analyses
• Maintain oversight of Whole-of-Government initiatives to align with capability development plans
• Guide right-siting of capabilities across WOG and industry
• Develop downstream policies pertaining to capability acquisition and strategy to support the plans
• Oversee the prioritisation of resources to realise the capability development plans
• Plan and execute high-level meetings and discussions involving senior stakeholders
