Responsibilities

Analyze NAND defectivity (DPM) Pareto to qualify world-class end products.
Perform electrical failure analysis (EFA) to solve technical problems.
Exposure to DPM countermeasures through stresses and screens using circuit and device knowledge.
Drive Physical Failure Analysis (PFA) and root cause analysis.
Integrate AI-enabled insights to improve efficiency, quality or effectiveness.
Contribute to continuous improvement within scope of work.
