Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows.
  • Perform high-volume statistical data analysis.
  • Drive electrical failure analysis to identify root causes.
  • Develop short-term countermeasures using digital/analog circuits.
  • Collaborate with various teams to develop solutions.
  • Support customer inquiries related to product reliability.
