Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. is seeking an Engineer for NAND Silicon Design Validation to help develop and validate cutting-edge NAND Flash memory products.

You will address both pre-silicon concept development and post-silicon validation, building a thorough understanding of the product lifecycle and collaborating with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering is required.
• Experience in validation, design validation, or circuit/device design in the semiconductor industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop, validate, and qualify new NAND Flash memory products.
• Define and validate product configuration parameters.
• Apply CAD tools and Verilog simulations for build verification and circuit analysis.
• Identify build marginalities and recommend circuit fixes.
• Perform electrical failure analysis to determine root causes of device issues.
• Use engineering benches and testers for device characterization and failure analysis.
• Support preparation of engineering samples.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools into daily work to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by sharing AI-enabled enhancements.
