Job summary

Micron Technology Asia Operations Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a seasoned NAND Reliability Product Engineer to safeguard the reliability of Micron’s NAND Flash products. You will analyze large data sets, perform failure analysis, and drive cross-functional solutions to prevent escapes to customers.

This role offers deep technical ownership at the intersection of device physics, circuits, process technology, and product engineering, with visibility across development and manufacturing teams

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7+ years (Bachelor) or 5+ years (Master) in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in Semiconductor Reliability, NAND Technology, and Electrical Failure Analysis.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess performance.
• Perform high-volume data analysis to evaluate reliability risks and trends.
• Lead electrical failure analysis with advanced characterization.
• Develop short-term countermeasures using circuit and process knowledge.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive reliability improvements.
• Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology, Design, and Quality teams to enable shipment of reliable products.
• Integrate AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency and insight.
• Support customer inquiries with technical reliability insights.
