Job summary

You will work hands-on with large-scale data analysis, electrical failure analysis, and cross-functional teams to ensure robust product reliability and prevent escapes to customers. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Electrical Engineering or related field with strong fundamentals.
• Experience in Semiconductor Reliability, NAND Technology, and Electrical Failure Analysis.
• Proficient in data analysis tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess performance and prevent escapes.
• Perform high-volume statistical data analysis to evaluate reliability risks and trends.
• Drive electrical failure analysis, including advanced characterization and root-cause work.
• Develop short-term countermeasures using circuit, device physics and process knowledge.
• Qualify the product with innovative control measures for high reliability.
• Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
• Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights to improve efficiency and quality.
• Mentor junior engineers and promote continuous learning.
• Drive strategic initiatives to enhance the overall reliability program.
• Support customer inquiries with technical insights related to product reliability.
