Job summary

Micron Semiconductor Asia Operations Pte. Ltd. is seeking a NAND Reliability Product Engineer to define and safeguard the reliability of NAND Flash products through data-driven analysis, failure analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in Singapore.

You will develop test flows, apply AI-enabled insights, and drive countermeasures to prevent customer escapes, while partnering with Fab, NAND Technology, and Quality teams to ship high-quality end products.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
Knowledge in Semiconductor Reliability and NAND Technology.
Understanding of Design, Device Physics, Circuits, and Process.
Strong statistical analysis, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Experience with AI tools and data analysis software (Python, JMP, Tableau).

Responsibilities

Define and implement NAND Flash reliability test flows to assess product reliability performance.
Perform high volume statistical data analysis to evaluate reliability risks and trends.
Drive electrical failure analysis including advanced characterization to identify root causes.
Develop short-term countermeasures using stresses and screens with circuit and process knowledge.
Qualify the product with innovative control measures for best-in-class reliability.
Collaborate with Fab, NAND Technology, NAND Design, Product Development, System Development, and Quality/Reliability teams.
Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness and follow standards.
Identify and share AI-enabled enhancements within scope of work.
