Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with >5 years or Master’s with >3 years in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, AI, or related field.
• Strong understanding of data analytics, AI/ML, or related technical fields.
• Knowledge of semiconductor reliability fundamentals and NAND technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive development and enhancement of cloud-based data platforms for reliability monitoring and product disposition workflows.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines for ingesting large-scale engineering and manufacturing data.
• Collaborate with IT and data platform teams to establish reliable, automated data pipelines.
• Apply Python, SQL, BigQuery, PySpark, and cloud services to process datasets and deliver insights.
• Translate complex engineering problems into scalable AI/ML and analytics solutions.
• Develop, evaluate, and deploy AI/ML solutions to improve decision making and reliability assessments.
• Implement data cleansing, outlier detection, and missing data handling at scale.
• Support deployment and monitoring of AI/ML solutions in cloud environments.
• Identify high-impact AI/GenAI opportunities to improve productivity and outcomes.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve productivity and reliability.
