Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore seeks a NAND Reliability Product Engineer to define and safeguard the reliability of NAND Flash products through analytics, AI, and engineering innovation.

You will build scalable data/AI solutions, drive reliability strategies, and collaborate with AI, IT, and Quality teams to prevent customer escapes. This role offers deep technical ownership across reliability methodologies and AI-enabled engineering workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with > 5 years or Master’s with > 3 years in Electrical Engineering, CS, Data Science, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of data analytics, AI/ML, and reliability fundamentals.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL; experience with data cleansing and scalable processing.

Responsibilities

• Define, assess, and safeguard NAND reliability through analytics and AI.
• Build scalable data platforms and ETL pipelines for reliability monitoring and analysis.
• Collaborate with AI/IT/Quality teams to translate problems into AI/ML solutions.
• Develop and deploy AI/ML models to improve decision making and reliability assessments.
