Job summary

Micron Technology, Inc. in Singapore invites an intern to work with mentors on a focused technical project in NAND cell reliability. You will gain hands-on experience analyzing reliability data, exploring sources of variation, and delivering reproducible scripts and documentation.

You'll learn how NAND memory reliability is evaluated and how cross-functional teams collaborate across TD, characterization, and validation partners while developing skills in Python and data analysis.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a track record of innovative thinking.
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of semiconductor device physics and materials characterization.
• Currently pursuing a PhD in a relevant engineering or physics discipline.

Responsibilities

• Analyze reliability datasets to understand sources of variation (die/block/wordline effects) and present insights with visuals.
• Support qualification learning and interpretation of reliability indicators related to NAND reliability and qualification readiness.
• Develop or enhance Python scripts to improve repeatability and speed up analysis/learning cycles.
