Job summary

HALUX SEOUL LASH & NAIL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced salon manager to lead the daily operations of a busy nail salon in Singapore.

You will supervise nail technicians and front-desk staff, coordinate schedules, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role includes monitoring revenue, expenses, inventory, and safety standards to maintain high-quality service. You will also develop promotions to attract new customers and retain existing clients, while preparing regular performance

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations of the nail salon to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Supervise, train, and support nail technicians and front-desk staff.
• Manage staff schedules, appointments, and daily work assignments.
• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer concerns professionally.
• Monitor sales, daily revenue, expenses, and overall salon performance.
• Maintain adequate inventory of nail products, supplies, and equipment.
• Ensure the salon maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
• Develop promotions and strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
• Monitor service quality and ensure staff follow salon policies and procedures.
• Prepare daily or monthly reports and communicate business results to the salon owner.
