Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience in pre-commissioning, commissioning, or shutdown operations with proven expertise in N₂/He leak testing.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulic pressure testing and leak detection techniques in offshore/onshore environments.
• Relevant certifications (API or equivalent) and training in gas handling and safety systems.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Ensure all activities related to piping systems toward the targeted commissioning schedule
• Review P&ID, ISO diagrams and test pack boundaries
• Develop N2 He test packs for process piping and discuss with client, subcontractors and surveyors
• Plan daily testing activities and guide site team to perform tests per procedures
• Lead the team for carrying out N2 He tests for the FPSO and develop a schedule for completion
• Arrange facilities, equipment and instruments; coordinate testing with sub‑contractors, safety, clients and yard personnel
• Take necessary precautions to ensure the work site is safe for testing/commissioning
• Provide supervision and deploy manpower to perform operational tasks
• Ensure incoming equipment meets purchase specifications
• Coordinate required joint inspections
• Arrange protection and maintenance of equipment and system
• Review commissioning work processes to enhance efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate with all sections for testing requirements
• Plan and organize logistics for major operations
• Ensure timely completion of daily/weekly tasks
• Ensure commissioning test procedures comply with specifications, quality standards, statutory and regulatory requirements
• Any other assigned duties and responsibilities

Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8:00am – 5:15pm; Friday: 8:00am – 4:30pm
