EssilorLuxottica is seeking a Vision Science & Machine Learning Research Intern to support the Applied Myopia Research R&D team. You will develop prediction models for myopia progression using ML techniques, perform data quality checks, and help document methodologies and results.

The role emphasizes collaboration with scientists and clinicians, with a focus on reproducible research and robust validation of models. Minimum six-month commitment is required (Jan–Jun/Jul 2027).

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Master's degree in a related field.
• Strong programming skills in R and/or Python.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate predictive models for myopia progression and treatment outcomes.
• Conduct data quality checks and exploratory analysis.
