Job summary

Luxoft is seeking a Front Office / Product Control Business Analyst to work on a multi-year initiative for a leading bank in Singapore. The role involves analyzing stakeholder requirements, delivering enhancements on the Murex platform, and ensuring smooth implementation and deployment.

Successful candidates will have over 6 years of experience, strong knowledge of traded financial instruments, and hands-on experience in the Murex Front Office module. A degree in Finance or Economics is essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience as a Front Office / Product Control Business Analyst or Functional Consultant.
• Hands-on experience in Murex Front Office (FO) module required.
• Strong knowledge of traded financial instruments such as Equities, Interest Rates, FX, and Commodities.

Responsibilities

• Analyse stakeholder requirements and propose functional designs.
• Deliver and support enhancements on the Murex platform.

Our Customer is a Leading bank in Asia that provides a front to back integrated platform for straight through processing and risk management.This is a multi-year initiative where different projects run in concurrence under the program's variety milestones. These streams include new product initiatives, new entity roll-outs and regulatory compliances.We will have key roles in projects such as managing the scope, design and delivering requirements from front to back office.

Responsibilities

• Analyse stakeholder requirements and formulate functional design proposals aligned with Front Office expectations
• Deliver and support enhancements on the Murex platform (FO module)
• Manage functional delivery quality and ensure smooth implementation & deployment
• Participate in SIT/UAT and formal release cycles
• Support issue resolution related to Front Office, P&L, Market Data and trade booking
• Develop domain roadmaps considering business and technical constraints
• Communicate architectural principles and delivery standards to stakeholders
• Act as a trusted advisor between Business and IT teams

SKILLS

Must have

• 6+ years of experience as a Front Office / Product Control Business Analyst or Functional Consultant
• Mandatory hands-on experience in Murex Front Office (FO) module
• Strong knowledge of traded financial instruments (Equities, Interest Rates, FX, Commodities, etc.)
• Experience in Investment Banking / Risk domain
• Strong experience in requirements gathering and functional specification documentation
• Experience participating in SIT/UAT and release cycles
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
