Job summary

Dynamic Human Capital Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Murex / Capital Markets initiatives. The role involves coordinating across Front Office, Risk, Operations and Technology teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Ideal candidates have 12–15 years in capital markets project management, strong Murex MX.3 experience, and proven leadership with agile and waterfall methodologies. PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of experience in Project Management within Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
• Strong experience in Murex / MX.3 implementation or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of Capital Markets products and trade lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Murex / Capital Markets projects from planning to implementation.
• Work closely with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Drive project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution.
• Manage SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
