Job summary

DYNAMIC HUMAN CAPITAL PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead end-to-end Murex / Capital Markets projects in Singapore. You will partner with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure on-time delivery within scope and budget.

The ideal candidate has 12–15 years of project management experience in Capital Markets, strong knowledge of Murex MX.3, and excellent stakeholder management skills, with proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.

Qualifications

• 12–15 years of PM experience in Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
• Strong experience with Murex / MX.3 implementations or transformations.
• Solid knowledge of Capital Markets products and trade lifecycle.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Capital Markets projects from planning to implementation.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Operations and Tech teams.
• Manage scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies.
• Drive governance, status reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities.

Manage end-to-end Murex / Capital Markets projects from planning to implementation. Work closely with business, technology, and vendor teams to ensure successful project delivery. Manage project scope, timelines, budget, resources, risks, and dependencies. Coordinate with Front Office, Middle Office, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams. Drive project governance, status reporting, stakeholder communication, and issue resolution. Manage SIT, UAT, deployment, and post-production activities. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of experience in Project Management within Capital Markets / Investment Banking.
• Strong experience in Murex / MX.3 implementation or transformation projects.
• Good understanding of Capital Markets products and trade lifecycle.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile / Waterfall methodologies.
• PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is a plus.
