Job summary

DELTA SG CONSULTING seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead a large-scale Murex Front-to-Back Capital Markets implementation project, driving end-to-end delivery across diverse teams to ensure successful outcomes.

You will manage the full lifecycle, develop detailed plans and budgets, and lead governance and risk management to maintain project health while coordinating with stakeholders and clients for timely go-live. Mandarin support may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of project management experience in Capital Markets, Treasury, Trading, or Banking Technology.
• Experience delivering full lifecycle software implementation projects in vendor/consulting environments.
• Proven ability to manage diverse, cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Strong English communication skills to coordinate with global teams and sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Murex Capital Markets solutions using Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• Manage full project lifecycle from initiation through go-live, ensuring scope and timelines.
• Develop and maintain detailed plans, budgets, milestones, risks, and resource allocations.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams including Murex consultants, BAs, PMO, clients, and partners.
• Implement governance, capacity planning, risk management, and issue resolution to maintain project health.
• Oversee project financials, invoicing, and project P&L to ensure financial accountability.
• Engage senior stakeholders and executives to manage expectations and report progress.
• Contribute to pre-sales through estimation, planning, and client presentations.
• Advocate Murex best practices and delivery methodologies to raise quality and efficiency.
