Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as handyman or in similar maintenance role (1+ years preferred).
• Competent across plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and general repairs.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices in maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance: painting, decorating, patching walls/ceilings/woodwork.
• Carry out plumbing repairs and installations; fix leaks; replace fixtures.
• Conduct electrical work: outlets, switches, lighting, troubleshooting.
