Job summary

IMMORTAL SANCTUARY PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Handyman to support maintenance and daily operations at our funeral parlour facilities in Singapore. The role covers general upkeep, basic repairs, and coordinating with external contractors to keep premises safe and functional.

The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry and painting, can work independently, and is comfortable in a funeral environment. Flexible for weekends, public holidays and overtime.

Qualifications

• Preferably with experience in general maintenance, handyman or facilities-related work.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry and general repair works.
• Physically fit and able to carry out manual work.
• Responsible, reliable and able to work independently.
• Comfortable working in a funeral parlour environment.
• Willing to work weekends, Public Holidays and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance, repair and upkeep works for the premises and facilities.
• Perform basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting and minor repair works.
• Conduct regular checks and report defects or maintenance issues.
• Assist in the setup, dismantling and movement of furniture and equipment for funeral services.
• Attend to urgent maintenance requests and operational requirements.
• Coordinate and monitor external contractors when required.
• Ensure good housekeeping and comply with workplace safety requirements.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
