Job summary

TikTok is seeking Research Engineers in Singapore to grow business understanding, build scalable ML models, and partner with global teams. You will work on next-gen content understanding for TikTok monetization, focusing on ad content understanding, security, and large-model technology.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in CS, AI, Mathematics, Statistics or related majors.
• 1+ year of algorithm R&D/project implementation in content understanding or AIGC.
• Solid ML/DL theoretical foundation with LLM/MLLM, CV, NLP, multimodal fusion knowledge.
• Proficient in Python/C++, with hands-on experience in large model training, fine-tuning and inference deployment.
• Experience with multimodal content understanding, ad analysis or intelligent review is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Focus on ad content understanding and security; conduct R&D for large model implementation.
• Develop multimodal content understanding models for ad intent recognition and risk judgment.
• Explore RL/Agent applications in multimodal review scenarios; track AIGC trends.
• Deliver algorithm innovations tailored to commercial business needs.
