Job description

This will be a 1-year contract position based in Jurong West.

Responsibilities

• Produce content ideas and creative concepts based on marketing objectives, audience needs, and content priorities.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and the marketing team to plan and develop content that supports campaigns, lead generation, and audience engagement.
• A contributor to the content calendars, identifying opportunities for relevant and timely digital content.
• Create visual stories and content formats that make technical, research, and corporate topics more accessible and engaging.
• Produce content for LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, websites, and other digital channels while considering the purpose and audience of each platform.
• Create digital content (graphics, carousels, infographics, short-form videos, thumbnails, and other visual formats).
• Update existing content and assets into new digital content formats to extend their use across different touchpoints.
• Keep abreast of relevant digital content trends and platform formats and bring new ideas to the team.
• Provide support to event and campaign content capture, including photography and basic video editing.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop and deliver content from idea through to production.
• Leverage AI tools to generate ideas, experiment with creative approaches, and improve content production efficiency.
• Enforce brand guidelines and high standard of creative quality.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in digital content, content creation, multimedia design, marketing communications, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating content creation, digital campaigns, visual storytelling, and creative concept development.
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, or equivalent tools mandatory.
• Experience in adapting content and storytelling for different digital platforms and audiences.
• Visual communication and design skills with a good eye for layout, typography, composition, and storytelling.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro).
• Advantageous to have After Effects, Canva, and PowerPoint skills.
• Event and corporate photography skills; able to capture usable content.
• Advantageous to have videography and motion graphics skills.
• Keen interest in AI tools for ideation, creative development, and improving content production efficiency.
• Able to multitask.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
