Job summary

Singapore Institute of Management (SIM) invites applications for an academic role across multiple disciplines. The position focuses on delivering lectures, tutorials, and labs within specific domain areas, aligned to prescribed lesson plans and learning outcomes.

Qualified candidates hold a Master's degree with cross-disciplinary knowledge, have higher education teaching experience, and are proficient with digital learning tools. Mandarin-speaking stakeholders experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of a Master's degree with knowledge in at least two disciplines within the department.
• Relevant teaching experience in higher education across at least two disciplines.
• Knowledge of digital learning tools and selecting teaching methods for industry audiences.
• Ability to work independently or as part of cross-organisation teams.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication; Mandarin-speaking stakeholders is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and/or facilitate course lectures, tutorials, and labs according to prescribed plans.
• Coordinate with course coordinators on assessments, moderation, and examinations.
• Provide inputs to divisions on teaching and learning development.
• Administrative support to relevant divisions and departments.
