OMAR SHARIFF RESTAURANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled cook to handle a broad menu including South Indian, North Indian, Tandoori, Chinese, and Continental cuisines. The role focuses on breakfast preparation and maintaining quality across a diverse set of dishes.

The ideal candidate has experience with vegetarian and non-vegetarian cooking, and can manage multiple dish types from gravies to biryanis and wok-style preparations.

Qualifications

• Experience in preparing a wide range of vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes across South Indian, North Indian, Tandoori, Chinese, and Continental cuisines.

Responsibilities

• Breakfast preparation including Idly, Dosa, Poori with Aloo, and other listed dishes.
• Prepare and execute vegetarian dishes (Sambar varieties, Kuzhambu, Rasam, Poriyals, gravies, biryani variants).
• Prepare non-vegetarian dishes (Fish, chicken, mutton dishes and Chinese non-veg options).
• Prepare a variety of snacks, soups, sweets, and tandoori & Indian breads.
