A joint venture company between Rolls-Royce Plc and SIA Engineering Company. The company first started operations in 2001 and has since become a market leader for both engine overhaul and component repair services.
As a result of sustained business growth, SAESL has continued to expand its facilities and develop new capabilities for both its engine overhaul and component repair businesses. The Engine Overhaul business has the capability to service all products in the Trent engine family, this includes Trent 500, Trent 700, Trent 800, Trent 900, Trent 1000 and Trent XWB; SAESL is the only Trent engine MRO that can support all product variants. The Engine Overhaul business has the capacity to repair and overhaul over 300 Trent engines per year and it is equipped with a state-of-the-art Engine Test Facility that supports our best-in-class engine turnaround times.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage customer communications on all order-related matters, including delivery commitments, pricing, engine status, and commercial enquiries.
- Develop and coordinate commercial support solutions to address customer requirements and resolve business issues.
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing, payment collection, warranty administration, and resolution of invoice-related queries in accordance with contractual obligations.
- Represent customer interests in cross-functional discussions to ensure customer requirements and concerns are effectively addressed.
- Conduct regular business reviews to strengthen customer relationships and enhance service delivery.
- Coordinate ad hoc customer requests, including line support and parts trading activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve operational efficiency.
- Drive or support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience, business performance, and operational excellence.
- Champion Customer Business Excellence by promoting customer-focused practices across the organisation.
Qualification / Experience
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Prior experience in customer service or support within the aerospace industry is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365 applications; experience with SAP, Power BI, and Power Apps is an advantage.
- Strong customer focus with excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and integrity.
- Able to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage challenges effectively
