Private Advertiser in Singapore is seeking a Customer Relationship Executive to support clients through their mortgage journey, coordinate enquiries and documentation, and ensure a smooth customer experience.

You will work with Mortgage Specialists and internal teams to coordinate client enquiries, appointments and follow-ups relating to mortgage applications, while maintaining accurate records with a client-centric mindset. Hybrid work and career progression opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• Diploma qualification or equivalent.
• At least 1 year in customer service or related fields.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Multilingual abilities valued.
• Experience in banking or mortgage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with mortgage clients.
• Coordinate client enquiries and documentation.
• Support the mortgage application process end-to-end.
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners.
