Job summary

You will target new customers via cold-calling, referrals, and road shows, build strong alliances with branch staff, agents, lawyers and developers, and ensure compliant advisory procedures throughout the sales process.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma required.
• Experience in property or consumer mortgage preferred.
• Proven ability to exceed sales targets and build client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide loan advisory and solutions to meet the property financing needs of retail customers.
• Acquire new customers through cold-calling, referrals and road shows.
• Develop strong alliances with branch staff, property agents, lawyers and developers to build a base of referrals.
• Ensure proper advisory procedures and documentation while adhering to internal policies.
