You will manage inquiries from initial contact through approval and completion, making the process clearer and less stressful.

You may come from mortgage advisory, banking or financial services or from a strong consultative sales background and be ready to learn.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage advisory, banking or financial services preferred.
• Strong consultative sales background welcomed.
• Able to understand financial information and explain it clearly.

Responsibilities

• Respond to qualified inbound enquiries from homeowners and buyers.
• Understand each client's property plans, financial position and borrowing needs.
• Compare mortgage packages and recommend financing options.
• Explain interest rates, loan structures and refinancing options clearly.
• Guide clients through the application, approval and completion process.
• Coordinate with banks, property professionals and other partners.
• Review existing mortgage portfolios and identify refinancing opportunities.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain accurate client records and follow all applicable compliance requirements.
