Job summary

HTP ONE PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a guest‑focused service professional to greet guests, escort them to seats and assist with timely food and beverage service in a fast‑paced setting.

You will also oversee table setup, ensure beverage and dish quality, and address guest feedback while informing a supervisor when necessary; early morning shifts start at 7am, include weekends and public holidays, and you will join a friendly, team‑oriented dining team.

Qualifications

• Service-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Good team player.
• Able to work from 7am to 12pm.
• Able to work on weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and escort them to their seats
• Serve food & beverages according to the guests' orders
• Assist with table setup and ensure proper handling of service equipment
• Ensure the quality of food & beverages served
• Attend to the guests' feedback and complaints, and inform the supervisor when necessary
