Job summary

Government Technology Agency (GovTech) is seeking a Maintenance and Operations professional to support the Sentosa Express Monorail system's reliability and safety. You will engage with OEMs and contractors to drive predictive maintenance, manage incidents, and oversee asset lifecycle and regulatory compliance.

You'll coordinate daily operations, monitor KPIs, and ensure timely maintenance activities while prioritising guest safety and service excellence across all stakeholders at Sentosa Island.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in management and maintenance of electrical/electronic/mechanical systems.
• Experience in Transit or Monorail systems is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support O&M and asset management of Sentosa Express Monorail.
• Manage contracts with long-term contractors and OEMs for KPI compliance.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses.
• Oversee lifecycle management of assets, licensing, and regulatory matters.
• Coordinate with operations and contractors to ensure safe, reliable daily train service.
