Monetization Strategy and Operations Project Intern (GBS) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Team IntroductionGlobal Business Solutions is a marketing solution, including TikTok For Business, that naturally connects companies and brands with audiences looking for new interests and curiosities to help solve business challenges across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. We help businesses solve business problems across the funnel, from awareness to customer acquisition. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze data on market trends, customer behaviors, and competitor landscape; identify opportunities, risks, and industry benchmarks, synthesize insights into actionable recommendations.
• Analyze internal and external data to identify operational efficiencies, growth opportunities, and revenue performance gaps.
• Support strategic decision‑making with data‑backed insights.
• Create reports and presentations to visualize findings.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in English. Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory for managing stakeholders in English‑speaking markets.
• Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, Engineering, Economics, Data Science, or other quantitative field such as Economics.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Prior internship experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, analytics, or finance (preferred).
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Sheets (e.g., pivot tables, complex formulas, data modeling).
• Basic understanding of or familiarity with SQL and/or data visualization tools (like Tableau, Power BI) is a plus, but not required.
• Start as soon as possible, 5 months commitment.
• Per week attendance: 3 days minimum.
