About the team. Global Business Solutions (GBS) is responsible for the commercialization of global products led by TikTok. We provide integrated digital marketing solutions for global brands and advertisers, covering functions such as regional sales, sales operations, channel management, commercial strategy, B2B marketing, marketing science, commercial partnerships, and commercial content safety.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

• Regular monitoring and analyses of business performance data to provide diagnosis and recommendations to highlight issues and opportunities.

Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in data/business analytics or computer-science related majors are preferred.
• Experience in data analytics, tech and e-commerce/ads is preferred.
• Have some strategic thinking capacity, able to quickly understand the business and discover the connection between business and data performance.
