Job summary

TikTok Singapore is seeking a project intern to contribute to our data service and Eco Operations by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data, and by building dashboards to monitor key metrics.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, gain hands-on experience with SQL, Excel, and visualization tools, and commit to at least three months of full-time internship.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled university student.
• Bachelor's degree or above in computer science, statistics, mathematics, or related majors (preferred).
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with experience in at least one scripting language.
• Familiarity with data analysis techniques and statistical methods.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of presenting findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).

The AI Data Service and Eco Operations (ADSEO) team is responsible for the operation of security model training and iteration under TikTok and other international products to ensure product security and create a good atmosphere for content creation and community interaction.

The Eco Operations team undertakes non‑security related annotation projects, mainly classifying content from two dimensions of video and account. It assists international products to build their downstream data ecology, builds accurate data models through annotation, and provides users with content that meets their preferences.

As a project intern you will engage in impactful short‑term projects that provide a glimpse of professional real‑world experience. You will gain practical skills through on‑the‑job learning in a fast‑paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least a three‑month full‑time internship period.
