You will recommend and help implement practicable safety measures, conduct audits, investigate incidents, and liaise with authorities on safety, health and environmental matters. Qualifications

• Specialist Diploma in WSH or related health and safety field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a WSHO.
• MOM registered WSH Officer.

Responsabilités

• Identify and assess foreseeable risks arising from the workplace and processes.
• Recommend reasonably practicable safety measures to control risks.
• Assist in implementing and reviewing safety procedures to prevent incidents.
• Investigate incidents and advise on remedial measures to prevent recurrence.
• Coordinate with authorities on safety, health and environmental matters.
• Administer and implement an EHSMS per prevailing legislation and audits.
• Conduct Environmental, Health, and Safety audits as required.
• Ensure compliance with occupational safety and health laws and orders.
• Prepare and conduct EHS trainings identified in risk assessments and SWPs.
• Monitor WSH performance and discuss improvements in WSH committee meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
