ResMed Inc is seeking an Equipment Specialist Molding to oversee production equipment maintenance, programming, setup, and monitoring of molding processes. You will ensure compliance with quality, OH&S, GMP policies and regulatory requirements.

The role involves calibration, troubleshooting, and cross-functional collaboration to keep operations running smoothly. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, with a preference for those with experience in injection molding or related fields.

Qualifications

• Required: Strong hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and devices
• Experience in preventative maintenance activities on equipment
• Proactive self-management and ability to work in fast-paced environments
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Preferred: Experience in injection molding or related fields

Responsabilités

• Maintenance & Calibration: Coordinate and/or perform breakdowns, preventative maintenance, and calibration activities for production equipment
• Equipment Setup: Setup molding machines and tools to meet production requirements
• Troubleshooting & Support: Troubleshoot processes or equipment and assist with validation activities
• Documentation & Compliance: Document maintenance and calibration activities to comply with standards
• Safety & Compliance: Follow GMP, 5S and Health & Safety policies
• Continuous Improvement: Contribute to maintenance methods and schedules to improve efficiency
• Cross-functional Support: Support other departments to install and maintain new equipment
