ResMed Inc is seeking a senior Moulding Engineer to lead LSR moulding processes and drive continuous improvement in high-volume medical device manufacturing. You will optimize cycle times, scrap reduction and OEE while mentoring engineers and coordinating trials with PLM, QA and manufacturing teams.

Ideal candidates bring 5–10+ years in injection moulding, strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of GD&T, ISO 13485 and GMP requirements.

Qualifications

• BS degree and relevant engineering background in moulding.
• Hands-on experience with LSR moulding and high-volume production.
• Experience in defect analysis, scrap reduction and process validation.
• Knowledge of GMP/ISO medical device requirements is a plus.
• Strong data-driven problem solving and capability to lead projects.

Responsabilités

• Implement, maintain & improve LSR moulding processes, equipment, facilities and documentation.
• Lead & manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Develop robust moulding processes and support trials/qualifications.
• Reduce cycle time, scrap and manufacturing costs; improve OEE.
• Investigate moulding defects and customer complaints; coach juniors.
• Read drawings, GD&T and participate in design reviews; ensure CQI.
• Work in fast-paced environment with data-driven decisions.
