As an Equipment Specialist Molding, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of production equipment. This includes programming, setup, and monitoring of equipment processes, while ensuring compliance with ResMed’s quality, OH&S, GMP policies, and regulatory requirements.**Key Responsibilities:** : Conduct the necessary equipment and tool setup in molding machines to meet production requirements, ensuring optimal performance.**Other Tasks**: Perform any other tasks or duties as required to support the team and operations. **Qualifications & Experience:** Strong hands-on experience with mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems and devices, with the ability to read and interpret electromechanical drawings. Proven experience in performing preventative maintenance activities on equipment, ensuring equipment is always in optimal working condition.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to adapt to change and collaborate effectively across teams. Solid understanding of computer systems, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, both as part of a team and independently. Experience in **injection molding** or related fields, with a strong understanding of molding processes and equipment.
