Job summary

VisionPower Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Pte Ltd (VSMC) invites applicants for a maintenance-focused role aimed at improving tool performance and availability. You will diagnose failures and implement effective solutions to meet uptime and cycle-time targets across diffusion, etch, lithography, metrology, and deposition modules.

You will handle alarm troubleshooting, maintenance reporting, organize spare parts, and collaborate with engineering teams to enhance tool performance in a 24/7

Qualifications

Diploma or higher in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or STEM fields.
Experience in a 12’’ (300mm) fab environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

Handle on-duty tasks and alarm troubleshooting; identify root causes and solve critical equipment issues.
Execute tool handovers and maintenance reporting per cleanroom standards.
Operate and maintain tools; collaborate with engineering teams to improve tool performance and availability.
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors or contractors for parts replacement and technical support.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on 300mm tools for the specified module.
Work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a 24/7 fab environment.
