Job summary

MW Global Pte Ltd, Hospital-at-home since 2003, invites registered nurses to join our growing team in Singapore. The role spans home visits and clinic support, with a mix of day, night, and weekend shifts.

We offer open to both experienced nurses and fresh graduates (min. 1 year). Structured learning, career advancement opportunities, and flexible scheduling are provided, with transport to/from the office if approved. Salary ranges from SGD 3,500 to 7,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).
• Valid BCLS and AED certification.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Experience with IV cannulation, phlebotomy, A&E or community/agency nursing is an advantage.
• Able to work in both home care and clinic settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care at home and in clinics with empathy.
• Prepare equipment and support physicians during consultations.
• Perform urinary catheterisation and NGT insertion/feeding.
• Provide wound care and dressing as required.
• Monitor vital signs and document accurately.
• Coordinate and follow up on patient care plans.

Job Description:

• Salary: S$3,500 - S$7,000 (based on experience)

• Transport provided between patient locations and office during working hours

Responsibilities:

• Provide efficient and professional nursing care to patients in home and clinic environments with a strong sense of compassion and empathy




• Prepare medical equipment and support physicians during consultations and procedures including:

  
  
  
  

  • Urinary catheterisation

  
  

  • Nasogastric tube (NGT) insertion and feeding

  
  

  • Wound care and dressing

  
  

  • Suctioning and oxygen therapy

  
  

  • Phlebotomy and IV cannulation

• Monitor and assess patients’ conditions and vital signs with accurate documentation




• Coordinate and follow up on patient care plans and treatment progress




• Tend to patients’ holistic needs using a patient-first approach




• Establish strong working relationships with patients, caregivers, and the clinical team




• Support operational and clinical duties as required




• Readiness to learn, adapt, and persevere in a fast-past clinical environment

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB)
