• Bachelor's degree required with 3+ years of relevant experience in network implementation or project delivery.
• Strong understanding of mobile access network deployment and site delivery practices.
• Able to manage multiple priorities and project timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage across technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of Mobile Access Network projects including new site rollout, upgrades and modernisation.
• Plan and manage project schedules, resources and implementation activities for on-time delivery.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates on milestones, risks, issues and mitigations to stakeholders and management.
• Review project scope, technical requirements and implementation plan to ensure smooth execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, building owners and agencies to resolve delivery dependencies.
• Use project governance processes to maintain visibility, control and delivery discipline.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, regulatory requirements and safety practices.
• Lead stakeholder reviews and vendor performance discussions to drive delivery outcomes.
• Support continuous improvement in implementation practices and team collaboration.
