Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an engineer to lead and execute 4G site rollout and network optimization projects.

You will manage engineering activities, contractors, and customer relations to ensure timely delivery and high service quality. The role requires a diploma or degree in telecommunications or electronics, at least 2 years of LTE maintenance experience, and a Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of LTE mobile network maintenance experience.
• Singapore Class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Perform 4G site rollout including site surveys, site design, testing, commissioning, drive tests, and network optimization to meet KPIs.
• Manage, monitor, and track engineering activities to ensure efficient completion within set timeframes.
• Prepare and maintain project schedules, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Source and procure suitable equipment and materials required for projects.
• Review tender documents, identify technical concerns, and manage the technical aspects of tender projects.
• Provide project design and costing, liaising with customers to address project issues.
• Evaluate and negotiate quotes from contractors and suppliers to optimize project costs.
