Job summary

The Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore at Changi Airport Terminal 2 is seeking an experienced software engineer to develop and maintain mission-critical systems. You'll design, implement, and sustain safety-critical applications, ensuring reliability and performance in line with industry standards.

You'll lead and mentor development teams, work with stakeholders and architects, perform comprehensive testing, ICIT deployment, and thorough documentation to meet compliance and audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Develop & Maintain Mission-Critical Systems: design and maintain safety-critical software.
• Mentor junior developers and coordinate project deliverables.
• Apply software safety and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Maintain Mission-Critical Systems for safety-critical applications.
• Coding across multiple languages (C++, Python, Java, Rust, GoLang, etc.).
• Apply software safety and security best practices in coding and testing.
• Lead software teams and coordinate with architects and stakeholders.
• Develop test plans and validate software through tests.
• Perform ICIT and system validation in production.
• Troubleshoot performance, safety, and reliability issues.
• Document code, processes, and test results for compliance.
