Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks a dedicated MIS Manager (IT Manager) to lead the IT strategy and oversee ERP, cybersecurity, and infrastructure across the business.

You will manage budgets, coordinate with external vendors, and drive digital initiatives to support manufacturing and trading operations. The role is full-time, temporary for 6 months, with standard office hours.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT, CS, or related discipline.
• 8–10 years of IT experience.
• 3–5 years in a managerial or team leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP implementation.
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, networking and cybersecurity.
• Experience managing external vendors and IT projects.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in manufacturing or trading companies would be an advantage.

• Experience managing external vendors and IT projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, ITIL, Microsoft, Cisco or relevant professional certifications.
• Experience leading ERP implementation or digital transformation projects.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks and IT governance.
