INFOSYS COMPAZ PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Platform Solution Architect to design, govern, and scale the technology foundation for multi-client engagements. You will own platform architecture, security posture, access governance, and AI enablement across projects.

You will drive common patterns, ensure compliance with standards, and collaborate with EA teams, security, and vendors to deliver scalable solutions with responsible AI practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in platform engineering or application development as tech lead
• 5+ years in solution/platform architecture with multi-client exposure
• Strong cloud, IAM, and security framework knowledge; certifications a plus
• Experience integrating AI/LLM into enterprise platforms
• Experience with government or GLC clients
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are looking for a Platform Solution Architect to design, govern, and scale the technology foundation supporting our multi-client engagements. This role owns platform architecture, security posture, access governance, and AI enablement across projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Platform Foundation – Define and own the core architecture (compute, network, storage, integration patterns) that underpins client platforms, ensuring it's reusable, scalable, and client-agnostic where possible.
• Enterprise Architecture Alignment – Work closely with EA teams (internal and client-side) to ensure platform designs align with enterprise standards, reference architectures, and long‑term roadmaps.
• Security & Compliance – Partner with the security team to embed security‑by‑design principles — encryption, network segmentation, vulnerability management — and ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., MAS TRM, IM8, ISO 27001) depending on client sector.
• Identity & Access Control – Design and govern IAM/RBAC frameworks, least‑privilege access models, and SSO/federation strategies across environments and clients.
• Client Onboarding – Own the technical onboarding process for new clients/projects — environment provisioning, access setup ,integration touchpoints, and documentation.
• AI Platform & Services – Architect and integrate AI/ML platform capabilities (e.g., LLM services, MLOps pipelines ,model governance) into client solutions, ensuring responsible AI practices.
• AI Enablement Across Teams – Identify opportunities to utilize AI services (copilots, automation, agentic tools) to improve delivery efficiency and product quality across engagements.
• Solution Design & Governance – Create architecture blueprints, review designs from delivery teams, and maintain architecture decision records (ADRs) for consistency and traceability.
• Stakeholder Management – Act as the technical bridge between client stakeholders, internal delivery teams, and vendors/partners, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Continuous Improvement – Evaluate emerging technologies, cloud services, and industry best practices; drive standardization and reusable frameworks across the firm's project portfolio.

Requirements

• Overall 10+ years’ experience on platform engineering or application development as Tech lead
• 5+ years in solution/platform architecture, with exposure to multi‑tenant or multi‑client environments
• Strong grounding in cloud platforms(AWS/Azure/GCP), IAM, and security frameworks. Certifications are a plus.
• Experience integrating AI/LLM services into enterprise platforms
• Prior work with government or GLC clients
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills
