Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager – Microsoft Security Services to lead and grow our Microsoft security consulting practice within Cybersecurity Transformation. This role combines strong consulting expertise with client leadership, strategic thinking, business development, and people management to deliver high-quality outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years of cybersecurity consulting experience.
• Minimum 3 years leading Microsoft Security consulting engagements or teams.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise Microsoft 365 Security and Microsoft Purview programmes.
• Experience supporting business development, proposal development, and executive stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with clients and senior stakeholders.
• Lead Microsoft security consulting engagements from pursuit through delivery.
• Understand client business objectives and develop practical Microsoft security solutions.
• Ensure delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and long-term partnerships.
• Provide advisory and implementation leadership across Identity & Access Management, Endpoint Security, Data Security & Purview, Collaboration Security, and AI Security.
• Develop new Microsoft security service offerings and reusable delivery assets.
• Support business development and proposals, and mentor consulting teams.
